3. Purchase procedure

9. Customer Rights and Return Policy
Costumbres Medievales does not guarantee its Clients the absolute availability of the products offered from the website, except for products that expressly mention a certain availability guarantee. Acquiring a product that is not available on time, the client will be informed in a minimum period so that it determines if it waits for a new availability, or opts for the cancellation of the order and the immediate return of the amount thereof. Costumbres Medievales guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. The Customer will have a period of seven days from the receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The Client will inform Costumbres Medievales within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, invoice issued to Costumbres Medievales. The client can return any item that he has bought in Costumbres Medievales, as long as the products have not been used and they are sent in their original packaging. 10. Customer Obligations
